The community is Located just off of Poinciana Boulevard, Trafalgar Village Resort, This fantastic Villa sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a bonus loft on the second floor with a queen size sofa bed and its own bathroom. King – master bedroom features a King size bed and private bathroom and pool access sliding double doors Twin – 2 twin beds in each Twin – 2 twin beds in each Queen – Queen Bed Queen – Queen Bed Upstairs Room Features a Queen futon with your own private bath and shower One Hallway Full bath The family room boasts a  Huge Flat Screen TV with a sound bar for watching netflix on the smart tv or playing some tunes while enjoying your pool.  The fabulous pool and patio deck with spa are completely screened in and private from any rear neighbors.  Area attractions are just a short drive away, along with shopping, restaurants and miniature golf, Fun Spot….. Take an air boat ride down Boggy Creek to see the nature side of Florida, take the day to shop at the local stores on Main St. in Kissimmee and visit the beautiful Lakefront are where you will find world-famous bass fishing in Lake Tohopekaliga, choose from area golf courses that are abundant in Central Florida. You’ll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with all the pleasures of being away. The community is well cared for with sidewalks for that morning jog or the evening stroll to catch a glimpse of the Florida Famous Sunset. The Trafalgar Village community features a community pool, fitness center, movie theater, and club house. \n Amenities \n En-Suite Bathrooms \n Spa \n Games Console. Extras: Pool Heat: $30.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in) The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum. Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, dish detergent to dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bag. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide the Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided before check-in. Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00
