This Town Home will provide you a wonderful place to relax after your days at the parks or adventuring. OR with everything you could want in a Resort, you may never have to leave the property!

You will be delighted with our 2 1/2 acre tropical swimming pool and lazy river oasis, complete with heated pools, water slide with waterfalls, outdoor & indoor Jacuzzis. Sunbathing terraces, a playground and a volleyball court with a poolside “tiki” bar. The fitness center has a therapeutic Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna along with elliptical equipment. The spa allows you to pamper yourself with massage, manicures, and pedicures, etc. Inside you can enjoy dining at our restaurant and bar, surf the internet on your laptop using free Wi-Fi, or utilize our business center. We offer live entertainment (seasonal), event celebrations on holidays and even a market place for the must-have items! Guest Services is open 24 hours. Onsite is Banana Jacks, a 4000+ sq. ft. the family-style environment with games, food & fun for all ages.

All Guests are required to check-in at the Resort Front Desk. Regal Palms Resort requires a daily Resort Amenities Fee, to be paid to the Resort at the time of Check-In. This is an additional $22.40 + Tax per day per unit. This is paid directly to the Resort itself upon arrival. This allows guests usage of all the Resort amenities available such as gym, pool, kids play area, etc.. These fees are not included in the reservation costs.

The resort itself is a very friendly and secure gated community. You will find all your essential amenities within walking distance such as Publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy, and some very good restaurants. Walmart, Loews, and some other big stores it’s just 4 min away driving. The resort also itself does have its restaurant lots of amenities.

The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.

We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, dish detergent to dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bag.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide the Welcome amenities, we do recommend to stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00
